Who we are

Chronicproducts Septic is a referral service. We connect homeowners in Seattle and the Seattle area with independent septic and sewer providers. That is the whole job.

Why this exists

Say you come home and the kitchen sink drains slowly. You shrug. The next day, the tub gurgles. By the weekend, there is a smell by the back door. Each step felt small. Together they became a problem.

Timing changes everything. We built Chronicproducts Septic around that idea. The sooner a homeowner understands what is happening, the more options they tend to have.

How providers are matched

You tell us what is going on. You can describe the symptoms, the type of home and the town. We then point you to a provider in our network who handles that kind of job near you.

The provider talks with you directly. They explain what they can do, what it may involve and how to set up a visit.

What we expect from providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to be clear and polite. We ask them to explain the work in plain words. We also ask them to give written quotes, so you know the price before work begins.

If a provider holds a license for the work they do, they should be ready to say so. Ask them.

Questions worth asking

A good talk with a provider can save you stress later. Here are a few things you may want to ask:

  • What do you think is causing the problem, and how will you confirm it?
  • What will the visit involve, and how long might it take?
  • Will the quote be in writing, and what could change the price?

There are no silly questions. A clear answer helps you feel ready to decide.

Start with photos

We suggest you gather a few things before you talk to anyone:

  • Photos of wet ground, stains, standing water or slow fixtures
  • Notes on when each sign first showed up
  • Any past pump-out or repair records you can find

This paperwork helps providers give a better estimate. It can also help if you speak with your insurer. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.

What we do not do

We do not pump tanks. We do not repair pipes. We do not send workers to your home. We do not set prices, and we cannot promise what a provider will find or charge.

How we are paid

Providers may pay Chronicproducts Septic for referrals. Homeowners are never asked to pay us to make a connection. You pay the provider only for the work you agree to.
